As
the Year 2000 approached, everyone
was concerned about the continued operation of their
businesses & equipment past the Year 2000. We
didn't have any problems and entered into the year of 2000 very smoothly.

Rural Water System, Inc. is sensitive to our consumer's needs, therefore, we have
checked into all hardware, software and controls that would be affected by the "turn
of the century". The only problem that we can foresee if one of our
vendors is affected by the millennium bug. |
To further ensure the Board of Directors has plans on purchasing
portable generation yet this year. |
