Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips |
Melt the butter in a
heavy pan over low heat. Then add sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Then add the water and syrup and continue cooking until the temperature reaches 294
degrees. Stir in 1 1/3 cups chopped walnuts and pour immediately into two large
buttered cake pans. Let set about 7 minutes and pour 1 package of chocolate chips
over both pans, when melted, spread evenly and sprinkle remaining nuts over this.
Cool and it's ready to eat! |
