Corn |

| 16 cups |
Corn (cut off the cob) |
2 Tbsp. |
Sugar |
| 2 1/2 cups |
Water |
1/4 lb. |
Butter |
| 2 tsp. |
Salt |

| Put corn
into a big kettle. Add melted butter, water and salt. Bring to a boil on the
stove top. Boil for 5 minutes. Add sugar. Remove from the stove, cool
completely down. Put in freezer bags and put into the freezer. |
