Pumpkin Pie
1 cup Pumpkin 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Ginger 1 tsp Cinnamon
3 Eggs 2 cups Cream Pie2.gif (7722 bytes)
1/2 tsp Salt

Mix the above ingredients together and then pour into a unbaked pie crust and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.  Makes 1 pie. Enjoy!
