| Zucchini Bread |

Crisco Oil |

Grated Zucchini (peeled &
raw) |

Soda |
1/2 cup |
Raisins |
| 1/4 tsp. |
Baking Powder |
2 tsp. |
Vanilla |
| 3 cups |
Flour |
1 tsp. |
Salt |
| 2 tsp. |
Cinnamon |

| Beat eggs
until light and foamy. Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla. Mix well.
Add flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder. Mix well. Add raisins.
Put into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1 hour or until
done. Cool, and ready to eat! Freezes well. |
