| 1/2 cup | Butter | 1 cup | Flour | |
| 4 cups | Chicken Broth | 1 1/2 cups | Cream | |
| 1 (16 oz. jar) | Cheese Whiz | 6 oz. | Beer | |
| 1 Tbsp. | Worchestershire Sauce | 1/4 cup | Chives | |
| Grate the onion; melt butter; add flour to melted butter. Bubble for 6 minutes, stirring often. Add other ingredients and simmer until serving temperature. Stir often. Do not boil. Garnish with popcorn if you like. | ||||
