Manager, Doug Anderson

Doug lives with his family on an acreage near Castlewood, South Dakota.  He came to work for Sioux Rural Water System, Inc. in June of 1985.  Doug brought with him over 20 years of experience in the water industry he is also certified in the State of South Dakota in Water Treatment.  Doug is our State Director for the South Dakota State Association of Rural Water Systems.  He is also an active member of the South Dakota Section of American Water Works Association and a member of South Dakota Water & Wastewater Association.  Doug enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, hunting, fishing and golfing.

Office Coordinator, Brenda Anderson

Brenda lives with her family on an acreage near Castlewood, South Dakota.  She began working for Sioux Rural Water System, Inc. in July of 1986.  Brenda has a Computer Operations degree from NDSCS in Whapeton, North Dakota and has had training in accounting field.   Brenda also serves as Chairperson on the Public Affairs Committee for the South Dakota American Water Works Association and is the Secretary/Treasurer on the Executive Board.  Spending time with her family, hunting, camping, golfing, and spending time outdoors are a few of the things that Brenda enjoys.

Billing Clerk, Sarah Bruinsma

Sarah lives with her family in Castlewood, South Dakota.  She was hired in September of 1996.  Since she began working at Sioux Rural Water System, Inc. she has come to enjoy working with the public.   Sarah brought with her a degree in Office Systems Technology from LATI in Watertown, South Dakota and training in computer operations area.  Sarah enjoys spending time with her family & friends, listening to music, and spending time outdoors.

Service Technician, Vince Cordell

Vince lives in Castlewood, South Dakota with his family.  He has been working at Sioux Rural Water System, Inc. since April of 1993.  Vince holds a Water Distribution Certificate that he has earned with the State of South Dakota.   Vince is a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Watertown, South Dakota.  Vince enjoys hobby farming, spending time with his family, and hunting.

Shawn Bastian

Shawn resides in Watertown, South Dakota with his family.  He became employed with Sioux Rural Water System, Inc. in September of 1995.  Prior to joining Sioux Rural Water System, Inc. he was employed for 3 years with Clark Rural Water in Clark, South Dakota.  For the past 15 years he has served with the National Guards and currently holds the rank of Staff Sergeant.  He also holds certification in the State of South Dakota for Class II Water Treatment & Water Distribution.  He enjoys his family, fishing and hunting.

Jamie lives with her parents on a farm East of Castlewood, South Dakota.   Jamie has been working part-time for Sioux Rural Water System, Inc.  since the spring of 2003.  She currently is attending Dordt College in Sioux Center, Iowa.  Jamie enjoys sports and spending time with her family and friends.
